Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF)
The SCQF is the qualifications framework for Scotland. It is used to compare and understand our country’s wide range of qualifications. The SCQF helps learners plan their learning pathways whilst at school and in their future lives. It is also used to ensure all learning that young people complete in school is recognised with an appropriate qualification.
Every qualification is assigned to a level on the framework and awarded credit points based on the amount of learning required. Using he SCQF, pupils can compare levels of qualification to ensure they are progressing in their learning.

Our SCQF Ambassadors are working hard to raise awareness of the framework and its context within Bell Baxter. Please take time to speak to them at our next event.
