Effective partnership working, tracking of progress and robust record keeping are essential to support continuity in learning at points of transition.  At Bell Baxter we are clear that continuity is crucial to maximising young people’s successes and ensuring the most appropriate post-school destinations.

Clear transition policies are in place for the move from primary to secondary school and from the BGE into the Senior Phase and beyond.
